Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions

Created on November 12th, 2002

To make dough into cinnamon rolls:

Remove dough from refrigerator. Melt 1 stick of butter. Mix together in medium size bowl 1-cup brown sugar, 2 cups sugar and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon. Set aside.

Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface. Brush melted butter onto dough. Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar/cinnamon mixture on top of dough. Roll dough into a tube shape. Slice dough into 1-inch pieces and place into greased 9x13 pan. Press down. Brush melted butter on top of rolls.
Cover with towel and let rise till doubled in size.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and turn out rolls onto tray.
