Combine bread crumbs, egg and milk. Add crab meat, crab boil seasoning, baking powder, parsley, red pepper, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, tarter sauce, and horse radish.. Mix all ingredients well and form into patties. Coat patties with corn bread mix and set aside. Add 1/2 inch of vegetable oil to a skillet and heat to medium - medium high temperature. Fry cakes 3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with red sauce or tarter sauce or Enjoy just the way they are!
