Corn Souffle

Ingredients

½ cup Butter, melted
8oz ctn. Sour Cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
15 oz can Corn, drained
15oz can Creamed Corn
1 can chopped Green Chilis
Delight yourself in the Lord; And He will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4

Instructions

Created on April 24th, 2007

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9z9 baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter, sour cream, eggs, corn bread mix, corn,creamed corn and chilis.
Spoon into baking dish.
Bake about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy!
