Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups Butter, softened
3 cups Sugar
6 Eggs
3 cups Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Almond extract

Powdered sugar for dusting.

Instructions

Created on April 21st, 2008

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease and flour your pan(s).

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. About 5 minutes.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add the vanilla and almond.

Add the flour and mix until just combined.

Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake for 60-80 minutes. Check after 1 hour. Toothpick inserted in center should come out clean when done.

Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Serve with fresh berries and enjoy!
