Ideas and directions to create something different:

  • For oatmeal/almond/cranberry cookies, add 1 1/2 cups flour and 3 cups old-fashioned oats. Mix well. Add 6 oz pkg of sliced almonds and 6 oz pkg of craisins (dried cranberries).

  • For German Chocolate chip cookies, add 3 cups flour and 1/2 cup cocoa powder. Mix well. Add 12 oz pkg chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped pecans, and 1 cup Coconut.

  • For stuffed cookies:

    Prepare your basic cookie dough.

Using a melon ball scoop, put one scoop on top and one scoop on the bottom of (oreo, reese's, or rolo's).

Press dough around the sides to completely cover.

Place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 8-11 minutes.

  • For cookie Pops:

Scoop your dough and roll it into a ball.

Place a cake pop stick (I get mine from Michael's) into the dough and flatten cookie onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 for 8-11 minutes.

These would be great to serve at a party - cookies and milk. You can dip the baked cookie in chocolate and then roll in sprinkles for a more festive look.
