Corn Soufflé

Ingredients

- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 8 oz container Sour Cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 15 oz can Corn, drained
- 15 oz can Creamed Corn
- 1 can chopped Green Chilis

Instructions

Created on April 24th, 2007

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter, sour cream, eggs, cornbread mix, corn, creamed corn, and chilis.
Spoon into baking dish.
Bake about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy!
