Cream together margarine, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
Mix vanilla pudding and milk together then add to the cream cheese mixture. Add cool whip and mix well.
You can serve this in a flower pot or individual flower pots or a bowl. If you use a flower pot, wash first! Place foil or wax paper in the bottom of the pot to seal the hole.
Layer cookie crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and gummy worms, beginning and ending with the cookie crumbs.
Stick a flower or flowers in the bowl or pot and serve! They can be made a day ahead, just refrigerate. Enjoy.
