Crunch Punch

Ingredients

- 9 cups hot tap water
- 3 (3 oz) pkgs jello
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- 16 oz bottle ReaLemon Juice
- 2 (46 oz) cans Pineapple Juice
- 2-4 bottles Ginger Ale

Instructions

Created on September 30th, 2003

In a large container, dissolve Jell-O in 9 cups of hot tap water. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of water and 4 cups of sugar to a rolling boil.

Add to Jell-O and cool slightly.

Add lemon juice and pineapple juice to Jell-O mixture. Cool completely.

Place in 1-gallon hefty ziplock freezer bags and place in freezer.

When ready to use, thaw in microwave for 5 minutes. Place in punch bowl and add ginger ale. To get the crunchy taste, add ginger ale slowly and crunch up punch with a knife or spatula.
