Cheesecake

Cook Time: 120 minutes

Ingredients

- 5 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 pint (small carton) whipping cream
- 5 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Using a food processor, combine sugar and cream cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add vanilla, sour cream, and whipping cream. Mix well.
  4. Add eggs - one at a time - blending to break.
  5. Pour into prepared springform pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
  7. Turn oven down to 375 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
  8. Turn off oven, crack the oven door and leave in oven for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight without covering.
  10. Enjoy!
