In small mixing bowl, mix bean dip, cream cheese, sour cream, and chili powder. Add 2 cups of cheddar jack cheese. Mix well. Spread into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly on edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup cheddar jack cheese on top. Return to oven and heat until cheese is melted. Serve with chips and enjoy! *You can make this ahead of time. Just keep refrigerated until ready to cook. **If you don’t have cheddar jack cheese, you can use cheddar. ***Softened cream cheese just makes it easier to mix. If cream cheese isn't softened, you'll want to use an electric mixer to mix ingredients.
