Combine butter, Eagle Brand milk, and chocolate chips in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Stir in flour and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 10–12 minutes or until a light glaze forms on top of cookies. Do not overcook.
