Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (2 oz) sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 TB white sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds, cook stirring frequently until lightly toasted. (watch because they burn quickly!) Remove from heat, and set aside.

  2. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, ginger, and pepper. Shake well.

Ready to serve and enjoy!
