Caramel Apples

Ingredients

- ½ cup Butter
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 10 apples, washed and dried
- 1 cup finely chopped peanuts

Instructions

Melt butter in medium saucepan; add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil. (about 10-12 minutes) Stir in Eagle Brand Milk. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until candy thermometer reaches 245 degrees. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Dip apples into caramel mixture. Dip into peanuts and place onto buttered wax paper. Enjoy!
