- 2 cups heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 2 tbsp extra fine granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

The key to success in making this cream is to chill your metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before you begin to make it.

  1. In a large metal mixing bowl, beat the cream.
  2. Slowly add the sugar and vanilla.
  3. Beat until soft peaks form, being careful not to overbeat.
  4. Must be refrigerated.
