Combine bread crumbs, egg, and milk.
Add crab meat, crab boil seasoning, baking powder, parsley, red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, tartar sauce, and horseradish. Mix all ingredients well and form into patties.
Coat patties with cornbread mix and set aside.
Add 1/2 inch of vegetable oil to a skillet and heat to medium to medium-high temperature.
Fry cakes for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve with red sauce, tartar sauce, or enjoy just the way they are!
