Easy Breadsticks

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 TB sugar
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter, divided and melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- Garlic salt

Instructions
Created on April 4th, 2011
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
In the bottom of your mixer, combine water, sugar, and yeast.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the salt and the flour, one cup at a time.
Using dough hook to combine.
Mix on high for 5 minutes after all flour has been added.
Let dough rest for 5 minutes.
Pour 2 TB melted butter onto jelly roll pan.
Place the dough in the center of the pan.
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes. (Letting the dough rest makes it easier to shape)
Spread the dough out onto the pan until it reaches all edges.
Pour the remaining 2 TB melted butter onto the dough.
Spread it around with your hands.
Sprinkle top of dough with garlic salt.
Combine Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top of the seasoned dough.
With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 3 rows lengthwise and then 10 rows widthwise.
Place pan in the 170 degree oven for 7-10 minutes. Breadsticks will rise about 1 inch.
Turn the oven up to 350 and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Re-cut and serve and enjoy!
