Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, cranberry juice and cinnamon over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and salt. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and stir until combined. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and stir in the dried cranberries. Return to oven and bake and additional 10-15 minutes or until mixture begins to brown. Cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to a week. **You can add any type of dried fruit but only bake it for the last 10-15 minutes because it can burn.
