Maple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2/3 cup Olive or Vegetable Oil

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil until completely blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
