Pancakes

Ingredients

This is not an original recipe but it is my family's favorite!!

- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs

**Add food coloring to make colored pancakes!**

*** Add blueberries, strawberries, mini chocolate chips, or peanut butter chips for variety!

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend with a whisk the Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Batter may be lumpy. Add fruit, chips, or food coloring at this time.

  2. Heat to medium heat and brush griddle or skillet lightly with oil. (I like to use real butter or bacon grease)

  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. Wait until bubbles form and burst then turn. Cook till golden, about 1 minute.

  4. Serve with heated maple syrup or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
