- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into thin strips - 1/3 cup red wine vinegar - 1/3 cup honey - 1/3 cup soy sauce - 2 tsp minced garlic - 1 yellow onion, chopped - 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips - 1 head broccoli, chopped - Brown rice

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour soy sauce, honey, and red wine vinegar in pan, then add steak and garlic. Cook steak, stirring frequently until done, about 10-15 minutes (no pink showing).
Cook brown rice according to directions.
Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
