Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Pour soy sauce, honey and red wine vinegar in pan, then add steak and garlic. Cook steak, stirring frequently until done, about 10-15 minutes (no pink showing). Cook Brown Rice according to directions. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
