Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Ingredients

- 6 TB soy sauce
- 4 TB rice wine
- 2 TB brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 TB vegetable oil
- 1 TB ground ginger
- 1 TB minced garlic
- 1 lb round steak, cut into thin strips
- 8 oz snow peas

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add steak and ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until meat is cooked.

  4. Add the snow peas and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

  5. Add the soy sauce mixture, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  6. Lower heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and smooth.

  7. Serve immediately over rice or noodles – Enjoy!
