Autumn Pear Crisps

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

- 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 TB Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 3 large Pears, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 12 Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 3 TB Chopped pecans
- 3 TB Butter, melted
- Cool Whip for topping

Instructions

Created on September 26th, 2006

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray individual custard cups or pie tarts with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Stir in pears.
Spoon into prepared cups.
In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafers, pecans, and butter. Sprinkle over pear mixture.
Place cups onto cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes or until pears are bubbling.
Serve warm; top with cool whip.
