Banana Pudding with a Twist

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients

- 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 1/2 cups ice cold water
- 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 12 oz box Nilla Wafers
- 4 Bananas, sliced

**For a twist:** instead of using bananas, try using raspberries, blueberries, or chocolate syrup with the bananas.

Instructions

Created on April 18th, 2011

In a small bowl, on medium speed of an electric mixer, beat together the sweetened condensed milk and water until well combined, about 1 minute.

Add the pudding mix and beat well, about 2 minutes more.

Refrigerate while preparing the whipping cream.

In a large chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.

Remove pudding mixture from refrigerator and gently fold the pudding mixture into the whipping cream until well blended and no streaks of pudding remain.

In a large glass bowl, arrange 1/3 of the Nilla Wafers to cover the bottom of the bowl, overlapping if necessary.

Next, layer 1/3 of the bananas and then 1/3 of the pudding mixture.

Repeat the layering twice more, garnishing with mini Nilla Wafers or wafer crumbs on the top layer of the pudding.

Refrigerate no longer than 8 hours before serving.

Enjoy!

Trying the twist idea: substitute the raspberries or blueberries for the bananas. If using the chocolate syrup, drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the banana layers and then on top as a garnish!
