Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown hamburger meat and diced yellow onion.
Season with salt and pepper while cooking.
Drain grease, then stir in spaghetti sauce and tomatoes.
Using Pam, grease an 11x7 baking dish.
Spread 1/3 of sauce mixture on bottom of pan.
Arrange 1/2 of the tortellini on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella and Monterey jack cheese over ravioli.
