Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

- 8 oz Linguine Pasta
- 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
- 1 TB Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 2 TB olive oil
- 1 Red Bell pepper, cut into slices
- 2 heads Broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups Whipping Cream
- ½ tsp dried Basil
- ½ tsp Lemon Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a ziplock baggie, combine 1 TB Cajun seasoning, 2 tsp garlic salt, and 2 tsp lemon pepper. Add chicken strips and shake to coat.

  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add coated chicken strips and cook 7-8 minutes or until no longer pink.

  4. Add red bell pepper and broccoli. Saute and stir for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook about 5 minutes or until heated through.

  6. Add pasta, toss, and cook an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Grate Parmesan cheese on top of servings and enjoy!
