Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

- 3 cups water
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg chicken bouillon
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (12 oz) pkg egg noodles

Instructions

Created on January 21st, 2003

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

  2. Clean and cut up chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.

  4. While water is starting to boil, cut up carrot, celery, and onion.

  5. To boiling water, add bouillon package, carrot, celery, onion, and chicken. Cook until chicken turns white (about 6 minutes).

  6. Add cream of chicken soup and milk. Cook on medium heat until it starts to boil (about 5 minutes).

  7. Add cooked egg noodles. Cook a couple more minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
