Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 15 oz can Corn, drained
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 pkg Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions

Created on November 8th, 2010

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.

  3. Stir in the corn, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and pepper.

  4. Mix well and set aside.

  5. Place 1/2 of the Tater Tots in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

  6. Layer with the meat mixture.

  7. Top with remaining tater tots.

  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  9. Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
