Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour your pan(s). In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. About 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla and almond. Add the flour and mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake for 60-80 minutes. Check after 1 hour. Toothpick inserted in center should come out clean when done. Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Serve with fresh berries and enjoy!
