In medium mixing bowl, mix together vanilla pudding mix, whipping cream and milk. Cover and refrigerate to set. Preheat over to 425 degrees. In a sauce pan, bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in vanilla, flour, salt and sugar until mixtures forms a ball. Transfer dough to a mixing bowl and add eggs one at a time. Mix quickly and well after each egg. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. When golden brown, immediately poke hole in center with toothpick. (This allows the center to cool without collapsing) When the shells are cool, either split them or fill them with the pudding mixture. Heat can of chocolate frosting in microwave for 15 seconds – stir till creamy. Add sliced strawberries and drizzle with chocolate. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
