Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 TB Vegetable Oil
- 6 Pork Chops
- Garlic Salt and Lemon Pepper to taste
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup French-fried Onions
- 16 oz Frozen Hash Browns, thawed

*Topping:*
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup French-fried Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Season pork chops and sauté until browned. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, potatoes, cheese, and onions. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over mixture. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes (potato mixture should be bubbling).

  4. Remove cover and top with 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese and 1/2 cup French-fried onions. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
