Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Season pork chops and sauté until browned. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel. In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, potatoes, cheese and onions. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over mixture. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes (potato mixture should be bubbling). Remove cover and top with ½ cup Shredded Cheese and ½ cup French-fried onions – bake uncovered for 5 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
