Crunchy Broccoli Romaine

Ingredients

- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- 2 small heads of Broccoli, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 pkg. Ramen Noodles, broken (don't use the seasoning package)
- 2 TB Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add broken ramen noodles. Toss and stir until golden. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Shake well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a large bowl, toss broccoli, romaine, onions, walnuts, and ramen noodles.

Toss with dressing before serving.
