1. Cook bacon. Drain, crumble and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, chilies and bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. 4. Remove egg mixture from refrigerator; stir in flour, butter, baking powder and salt. Spoon batter into 24 muffin tins with liners. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffs are slightly golden on top 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
