Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz Colby/Jack cheese, grated
- 1 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained
- 6 frozen hash brown patties

Instructions
Created on November 3rd, 2006
Spray a 9x12 baking dish with Pam.
Line dish with frozen hash brown patties.
Sprinkle hash browns with cooked and crumbled sausage.
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, and cheese; mix well.
Pour over sausage and hash browns.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy!
