Egg and Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz Colby/Jack cheese, grated
- 1 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained
- 6 frozen hash brown patties

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9x12 baking dish with Pam.
  2. Line dish with frozen hash brown patties.
  3. Sprinkle hash browns with cooked and crumbled sausage.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, and cheese; mix well.
  5. Pour over sausage and hash browns.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
