Glazed Crackers

Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and sugar.

  3. Bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Arrange crackers on 2 rimmed baking sheets, covered with foil.

  7. Spoon pecan mixture over crackers.

  8. Bake for 6 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers.

  10. Return to oven and bake for 2 minutes or until chips are melting.

  11. Remove from oven and let cool briefly.

  12. Store crackers in an airtight container. Enjoy!
