Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
While pasta is cooking; heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Season chicken pieces with garlic salt and black pepper, add chicken to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink, about 6 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low, and add the artichoke hearts, tomato, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice, basil and cooked pasta. Stir until heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; Serve and Enjoy!
