Holiday Popcorn Balls

Ingredients

- 8 oz pkg mini marshmallows
- 4 TB butter
- 3.3 oz pkg microwave kettle popcorn, popped, kernels removed
- 1 ½ cups red and green M&M’s

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine marshmallows and butter.

  2. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until marshmallows are melted and smooth (about 2 minutes total).

  3. Add popcorn, stirring until coated.

  4. Cool for 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in M&M’s.

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  7. Dip hands into cold water and form mixture into 10 balls.

  8. Store popcorn balls in individual plastic bags at room temperature.
