In a large pot, brown hamburger meat with onions, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease off. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring often because the sugar tends to burn.
When the mixture begins to thicken and looks like syrup, add the pork & beans and turn the heat down to low. Cook for 15 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
