Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup key lime juice (or lime juice)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 TB lime zest
- 1 prepared pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest.

  3. Mix well and pour into pie crust.

  4. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pie.

  5. Do not brown.

  6. Chill pie thoroughly before serving.

  7. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream. Enjoy!
