Peel and cut up potatoes. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender when pierced with a fork. Pour off water and place back on burner for a couple of minutes (this makes sure all water is gone).
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, green onions, dill relish, and Ranch dressing mix. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Chill before serving. Enjoy!
