In a small bowl,combine orange juice, soy sauce, salt, garlic, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add chicken. Saute until no longer pink inside (about 7-10 minutes). (While chicken is cooking, in a saucepan cook minute rice following the directions on the package.) Add orange sauce mixture to chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add broccoli florets and onion, cover and cook 2 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
