Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cupcakes

Ingredients

- **Crust:**
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 TB Sugar
- 1/2 stick Butter, melted

- 12 miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

- **Filling:**
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Place a cupcake liner in each muffin cup.

  2. To make the crust:

    • In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 4 TB sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press 1-2 TB of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup.
    • Place 1 peanut butter cup into the center of each muffin cup.
  3. To make the filling:

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    • Add 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla. Mix well.
    • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    • Spoon cream cheese mixture over peanut butter cups and graham cracker crusts.
  4. Bake until just set, about 20 minutes.

  5. Let cool completely.

  6. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings to serve.
