Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 18 oz jar crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

In medium saucepan on medium heat, cook milk and sugar until rolling boil. Continue cooking for 7-10 minutes (soft ball stage); stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Let cool. Cut and enjoy!

To check soft ball stage without a candy thermometer, from spoon drop a drip of mixture into a glass of water. When it goes into the water, you should be able to form it into a ball.
