Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 2 cups butter, and flour. Blend until mixed well. Roll into 1" balls. Press into mini muffin tins. (Do not grease or use muffin liners)
In another large mixing bowl, mix 2 TB butter, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs, and crushed pecans. Using a tsp, fill each muffin tin.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Let cool for 2 minutes and remove from muffin tins. Enjoy!
