Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

- 1 pkg peppermints
- 1 lb White Almond Bark

Instructions

Created on November 24th, 2003

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt almond bark over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. In a food processor, chop peppermints.

  3. Add peppermints to melted almond bark.

  4. Pour onto wax paper and let set until hard.

  5. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.


  • You can use candy canes instead of peppermints.
