Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Beat the eggs in one at a time.
Gradually add the flour mixture and stir the batter until evenly moist.
Divide the batter in half - into 2 separate bowls.
Into one bowl of batter, stir in the cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
Into the other bowl of batter, stir in the pumpkin, walnuts, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Spread 1/2 the chocolate batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread 1/2 the pumpkin batter on top of the chocolate batter.
Repeat the layers, ending with a pumpkin layer.
Drag a kitchen knife through the layers in a swirling motion to create a marble appearance.
Bake in preheated oven until the brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
Cool in the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
