Pumpkin Nut Dessert

Ingredients

- 1 can Libby's Pumpkin
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam. In a large mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, sugar and milk. Pour into greased baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Crumble over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of pecans on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Check after 50 minutes). Serve with a dollop of cool whip and enjoy. Keep the leftovers in the refrigerator.
