Pumpkin Spice Croissants

Ingredients

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 stick melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.

Open crescent rolls. Spread 1 tsp of filling over each triangle. Roll up and place croissant on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

In another mixing bowl, combine cinnamon sugar ingredients. Brush croissant with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy!
