Salted Toffee Pretzel Bark

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients

- 8 oz mini pretzels, broken into pieces
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sea salt

Instructions

Created on November 25th, 2013

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cover a large jelly roll pan with non-stick foil.

Spread the pretzels over the top.

In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to make sure it's mixed well.

Once you have a rolling boil, stop stirring and let it continue to boil for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and immediately pour over the pretzels.

Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the hot candy.

Allow the chocolate chips to sit a few minutes to soften and then spread over the top.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Let cool completely; you can put it in the fridge to speed up the process.

Break into pieces and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container.
