Scalloped Parmesan Potatoes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

- 3 baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 5 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Layer potatoes in baking dish, season with salt and pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper.

Pour over potatoes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring gently every 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and return to oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
