Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

10 oz pkg Thin Spaghetti

1-2 lbs unpeeled large fresh shrimp
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Butter, melted
1 cup cooking White wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

To thaw shrimp: Open package and rinse with cold water. Place in ziplock baggie and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon on top. Seal bag and let defrost in refrigerator. Peel shrimp. Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine butter and wine and garlic. Stirring constantly, cook 4 minutes or until garlic begins to brown. Add shrimp and cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
